From ex-professional rugby player to full time fitness coach, WALLOPING a healthy, happy, active lifestyle has always been Tom’s ultimate passion! Dedicated towards his daily training (therapy), Tom’s always striving to become the best version of himself and build that same belief amongst the TTC’s team of clients! Energetic, motivating, and, above all, making the process of getting mentally and physically healthier a lifestyle! The best thing? The fun transformation process that Tom lives and breathes everyday, he Coaches to his amazing team of Clients! The fun, healthy, balanced, RESULTS-driven lifestyle they never knew existed.
BEN
Specialist Coach
Ben is a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Growing knowledge and expertise through experienced, hands-on training, Ben’s biggest passion is coaching people one to one. He has consistently helped clients attain their goals whether it be fat loss, muscle and strength increase or pain reduction (and in some cases, eradicated pain entirely!). Ben specialises in rehabilitation, mobility, posture, HIIT sessions and real world application of strength and conditioning! LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD results driven training!
When not working magic amongst clients, Ben is keeping fit running after his two kids, Rosie and Noah!
Rhiannon
Specialist Coach
Rhiannon’s motivating and positive attitude has inspired thousands of women to get their bodies moving “for the power of their minds”. Her background as a professional dancer has taught her many lessons. How hard work, consistency and determination lead to great results but also realising that building healthy habits and routines is so much more than the aesthetic. Her priority is to help her client’s build sustainable habits that make them FEEL their best versions. Her continued training and development as a level 3 personal trainer and 200-hour yoga teacher trainer ensures Rhiannon has a well-rounded approach when it comes to living your best version. Because after all, ‘your body follows what your mind allows’.
JAMIE
Specialist Coach
Before becoming a personal trainer I studied and worked in the field of sports coaching this involved one on one and also group training and in this time I obtained a sports coaching degree at university. Following this I then became a personal trainer and fitness instructor in 2017 acquiring my level 2 & 3 diploma. I have worked in person and online over the years within the industry. Clients I have worked with have had all types of abilities and have varied in age. I love what I do and being able to help people improve their lifestyle and make progression is the reason I do it!

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me on a long bike ride or a run in the countryside. My love for travel takes me to amazing places where I can combine my passion for biking and running with exploring new destinations. I live for the sun and cherish every moment spent outdoors under its rays.
